Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security/ Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Duties

  • Greet guests and residents warmly, providing assistance with inquiries and requests.
  • Manage reservations and bookings for amenities, events, or services.
  • Monitor the premises using surveillance systems, including CCTV, to ensure safety and security.
  • Assist in loss prevention by identifying potential risks and addressing them proactively.
  • Provide first aid assistance when necessary and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial; certification is a plus.
  • Experience with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • SIA Licence required
