Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security/ Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Duties
- Greet guests and residents warmly, providing assistance with inquiries and requests.
- Manage reservations and bookings for amenities, events, or services.
- Monitor the premises using surveillance systems, including CCTV, to ensure safety and security.
- Assist in loss prevention by identifying potential risks and addressing them proactively.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial; certification is a plus.
- Experience with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
