Job Description
Brook Street has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an organisation on a temporary basis until the end of the year with potential of this being extended.
This is a part-time position which 9am – 5pm on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed
You Must
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
