Job Title: Fraud Team Member

Salary: £14.83 per hour
Location: Hybrid (40% office after training)

About the Role: Join our dynamic Fraud Team dedicated to safeguarding customers. This role involves case management, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with team members. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain compliant with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage cases with attention to detail.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members.
    • Process and manage risks.
    • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.

Specific Roles Available:

Training:

    • 3-day induction with self-learning in the office
    • Greater office presence for a 3-to-6-week period
    • Heavily supported and flexible training
    • Face-to-face and hybrid training expected in return.
