Position: Integrator

Location: Bristol

Contract: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

    • Engage with teams across the organisation to co-ordinate changes, both business and technology-related.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify required changes, dependencies, costs, and delivery plans.
    • Support the Product Owner and ensure completion of essential governance.
    • Maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in change processes.
    • Manage JIRA and Confluence boards for accurate and up-to-date documentation.
    • Co-ordinate change governance and engage with inbound change gateways.
    • Identify and mitigate blockers to delivery, escalating to product owner(s) or lab leadership when necessary.
    • Act as a vital interface between third-party suppliers and key business stakeholders.
    • Oversee complex and high-risk implementations involving multiple parties for safe and successful delivery.

 

Experience & Skills:

    • Experience managing business changes with cross-site operational teams.
    • Ability to run workshops and create end-to-end delivery plans, emphasising dependencies, timelines, and risks.
    • Skilled in conducting impact assessments and presenting changes to forums and gateways.
    • Proficient in JIRA & Confluence.
    • Experience in payment flow re-design, financial services projects, and internal bank account changes.
    • Familiarity with systems such as CAP, rCBS, and Common System.
    • Collaboration with Business Analysts/Customer Journey Managers to document existing and required processes.
