Responsibilities

 

    • Support the Registered Manager in managing and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the team while ensuring high-quality care for residents.
    • Maintain visibility during key shifts, including a minimum of two weekend days per month and occasional nights.

Qualifications

    • Essential:
        • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a current pin.
        • Experience in a care home setting.
        • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
        • Experience working with adults facing mental health challenges.Desirable:
