Job Title: Powder Coater

Location: Birmingham

Pay Rate: £11.44 to £13.50 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (shift pattern is between 6am and 7pm, dependent on experience)

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:

    • Execute powder coating tasks according to the production schedule
    • Perform pre-treatment processes to ensure optimal coating adhesion
    • Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
    • Safely load and unload items onto the coating line
    • Pack finished products for shipment, ensuring they are properly protected

Requirements:

    • Previous experience in powder coating and pre-treatment techniques
    • Ability to perform quality inspections and make adjustments as needed
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    • Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
