Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist to join our marketing team in the healthcare sector. You will have a proven track record of managing large-scale PPC campaigns and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry. You will be a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven results, capable of crafting and optimising campaigns that increase brand visibility and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Perform thorough keyword research and audience targeting to reach specific demographics and patient groups.
Analyse and interpret PPC campaign data, adjust strategies as needed to maximise ROI and meet KPIs.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align PPC strategies with broader marketing initiatives and content releases.
Monitor budget allocation and performance across all campaigns, ensuring cost-effective ad spending.
Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends and changes, including algorithm updates and new technologies in digital marketing.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategy adjustments.
Lead, mentor, and develop PPC team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in PPC campaign management, with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
Extensive experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and PPC management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills:

Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant platforms.
Experience in SEO, content marketing, and other aspects of digital marketing.
Understanding of compliance and regulations specific to advertising in the healthcare sector.

Salary:

£50,000 – £60,000
